Walnut library or refractory table
This is a nicely detailed antique walnut library or refractory table from the early 1900’s. The top of the table is of a beautifully patterned walnut grain surrounded by a wide walnut banding. beneath the top is a very detailed apron featuring four downward hanging finials in each corner. The table top is being supported by two large legs connected by a broad stretcher and a exquisitely lathe turned rod.
